Something did not save right
Open it and tap Read again. If it is still wrong, change the shelf by hand: tap the number of the right shelf.
Instagram gave nothing
Some reels hide their caption. Take a screenshot and share the picture to shelf instead.
Moving to a new phone
Your card, then Take a copy. Open the file on the new phone with shelf.
Delete everything
Delete the app. Your shelf is only on the phone, so that removes it. Share links you made: turn each one off first, on Your card.
